We also make use of other tools and online services. For the most part, the private information that may be stored is publicly available. These include (but are not limited to) Microsoft's Office 365 (complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework), PipeDrive, BidSketch, Amazon S3 (complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework), ActiveCampaign (complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework), Notion, Optinly, Xero, PayPal, and afi.ai.

Sharing with other third parties

We may also provide your information to other third parties such as regulators and law enforcement agencies, where we are required by law to do so, where necessary for the purposes of preventing and detecting fraud, other criminal offences and/or to ensure network and information security.
